The ZJHPF PFA PTFE lined globe control valve is created by high temperature molding lined fluoroplastic process within the valve body wall and also the valve trim. It may completely stop the contact between your corrosive medium and also the valve body, it improves the service existence of valve. The PFA PTFE lined control valve is broadly employed for acidity, alkali, salt along with other strong corrosive medium, also employed for gas and liquid medium which are easily volatilize and penetrate.
Performance Characteristics of PTFE PFA Lined Globe Control Valve
1. Corrosion resistance: It can withstand almost all the corrosion of medium (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
2. Good sealing performance: It adopts two kinds of combined sealing structure of bellows seal and V-type PTFE & PFA packing to ensure no leakage;
3. Small leakage: Since the valve core and the valve seat are soft sealed, the leakage is low.
