ZJHP Pneumatic single seated control valve is used to control medium flow rate , pressure and high load conditions .The valve body of the ZJHP single seated globe control valve has compact structure ,while the medium passage is S shape ,allowing for large circulation capacity , wide adjustable range ,and high flow characteristic accuracy .The guide portion of the plug has a large guiding area and is characterized by strong anti-vibration performance .The seat sealing performance is in accordance with IEC or GB standards. This pneumatic single seated control valve is equipped with a multi-spring type diaphragm actuator. The structure is compact and the output force is large. The single seated control valve is widely used in the pipeline occasions requiring high shut-off performance,low temperature and high pressure .Due to the wide range of materials and the variety of design forms,these valves can be used in different industrial fields (such as chemical,electric power,paper, food,metallurgy,mining,etc).
The Design Characteristics of ZJHP Pneumatic Single Seated Globe Control Valve:
1. The valve seat adopts the snap-in structure,which can avoid the defect of the snagging type.When the upper cover is pressed,the valve core and the valve seat are automatically centered, and the installation and disassembly is simple and convenient. Even in the case of severe corrosion, the valve seat is easily removed for maintenance.
2. The valve core and the valve stem adopt an integrated structure, which avoids the defects of the plug-in type. Even in the case of high pressure difference,the stability of the valve stem can be ensured;
3. Balanced and unbalanced valve plugs have high cut-off sealing performance in the entire flow and characteristics range;
4. Metal seals and soft seals have the same flow coefficient;
5. The balance valve plug is used in the globe control valve to withstand a relatively large allowable pressure difference;
6. Special surface treatment of the valve inner parts——polishing,nitriding and Stellite resurfacing welding to extend the service life of the regulating valve,the workpiece is more reliable;
7. Adjustable ratio is to 50:1,and 100:1 can also be customized;
8. Use high grade non-asbestos seal or bellows seal;
9. Multi-spring pneumatic actuator can realize direct acting and reverse acting.The spring range can be adjusted without adding other parts. The direct acting actuator can realize the air-to-close operation,and the reverse acting actuator can realize the air-to-open operation.
10. It can be equipped with pneumatic actuator, electric actuator and electro-hydraulic actuator.
