The ZDLN electric double seated control valve consists of the PSL series and the 3810L series of electronic actuators and double seated globe valve.The power supply of electric double seated globe valve is 220V.AC 50Hz and contains servo amplifier, position signal generator, position limit switch and valve position display. Double seated globe valve can directly accept the input signal of 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC to control the opening of the valve to achieve the purpose of regulating the pressure flow and temperature of the medium. At the same time, the (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) position feedback signal can be output.

The electric double seated globe valve has two upper and lower valve plugs. The thrust of the fluid acting on the upper and lower valve plugs is opposite in direction and close in force.The unbalanced force is small, the allowed differential pressure is large, and the rated flow coefficient is larger than that of single-seated globe valve,but the leakage is larger. It is suitable for clean media where the leakage requirement is not strict and the pressure difference between the upstream and the downstream is large.

 1. Double-guided electric double seated globe valve with good stability during operation.

2. There are two valve plugs and valve seats. The “four-way” valve body can be easily changed from forward installation to reverse installation without the need to re-select the positive or reaction type of the actuator.
3. Large flow coefficient: Compared with other control valves of the same diameter, the double seated globe valve can flow more fluids. Therefore, in order to obtain the same flow coefficient, the electric double seated control valve can be selected with a smaller thrust of electric actuator.
4. The adjustable range is large, the inherent adjustable ratio is 50, and the flow characteristics have linear and equal percentages.
5. Electric actuators come in many forms and can be used for 4~20mA.DC or 0~10mA.DC.
