ZDLM Cage Guided Electric Globe Valve, temperature range -196~+500°C
The ZDLM electric actuated globe valve is a pressure balancing type modulating control valve, which adopts cage guiding, pressure balancing valve plug and electric actuator. Electric globe valve receives the signal of the industrial automation control system to drive the valve to change the cross-sectional area between the valve plug and the valve seat, and control the flow medium, temperature, pressure and other process parameters of the pipeline medium to achieve remote automatic control. This series of electric actuated globe valves are available in various forms such as normal temperature type, high temperature type, cryogenic type and bellows seal type.
The Principle of Cage Guided Electric Actuated Globe Valve:
The electrical actuated globe valve instantly controls the outlet from the valve based on the signal from the controlling part, therefore experienceing this charge of the medium flow, pressure and liquid level.Within the most generally used 4-20 mA current signal, once the control system provides the electric globe valve a signal of four mA, the electrical globe valve is fully closedand once the 20 mA signal is given, the electrical actuated globe valve is fully closed. The various signal values within the plethora of 4-20 mA match different control valve opening, that is, the valve opening is 50% when passing on 12 mA signal. Based on the medium from the condition, the flow rate,temperature and pressure akin to each opening from the electric globe valve could be calculated. Therefore, the modulating dependence on the controlling valve towards the working medium is achieved.

The Features of ZDLM Cage Guided Electric Globe Valve:
1. The electric actuated globe valve adopts a cage pressure balance structure, and a pressure balance hole is arranged to effectively eliminate the axial unbalance force acting on the upper and lower portions of the valve plug.
2. By changing the shape of the valve plug;,different spool shapes will result in different flow characteristics: equal percentage and linear.
3. Applicable fluid temperature range is -196~+500°C and the valve bonnets of electric actuated globe valve can be divided into normal temperature type, high temperature type and cryogenic type.
