Electric Wafer Butterfly Valve with Actuator, Lined PFA, PTFE, FEP

The electric lined butterfly valve is lined with anticorrosive material (PFA,PTFE, FEP, etc) on the valve body, discplate and valve stem.PTFE PFA electric lined butterfly valve has excellent corrosion resistance and can be applied to any concentration of acid, alkali, salt and oxidant, reducing agent, organic solvent and other medium. Electric lined butterfly valve is divided into fully lined type and half-lined type. The PFA PTFE electric lined butterfly valve has the advantages of corrosion resistance, no leakage, and long service life.

The Features of PTFE PFA Electric Lined Butterfly Valve:

1. The electric lined butterfly valve adopts the patented technology to process the lined butterfly discplate. The fluoroplastic and the metal substrate are tightly combined without gaps, effectively dissipating the interlayer bubbles and eliminating the defects such as delamination and cracking.

2. The upper and lower parts of electric lined butterfly valve adopt multi-stage loading elastic seal to realize automatic compensation of the seal, so that there is no gap between the upper and lower shaft sealing surfaces, ensuring no leakage of the medium.

3.The valve parts in contact with the liquid are all lined-parts, which have strong anti-corrosion and wear resistance, and can be applied to any medium such as acid or alkali. It is the most ideal choice for anti-corrosion equipment.

4. PTFE sealing material is resistant to aging & corrosion and has long service life. Sealing performance can achieve zero leakage.
